📋 Description

• Manage and motivate claims staff, ensuring workflow, workload, and service levels are met efficiently • Develop strategies to reduce loss costs and ensure efficient claim processing • Set and measure performance indicators for accountability and team success • Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance and minimize complaints • Oversee, evaluate, and authorize claims, closely monitoring high-priority cases • Coach adjusters to meet or exceed service objectives and regulatory standards • Negotiate claims, achieve favorable outcomes, and minimize expenses • Foster collaboration within the Claims Department with staff, supervisors, and managers • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Minimum 3 years of relevant claims management experience • Experience in Indiana and/or Pennsylvania desired • Experience in Illinois, Tennessee, or Texas is a plus • Nonstandard auto insurance experience beneficial • Strong customer service skills • Fast-track claim processing expertise • Skilled at negotiating with attorneys and pro se litigants • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with technology and coverage/liability analysis • High level of responsibility, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Bilingual Spanish preferred
