📋 Description

• Receive and make a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications to encourage customer payments and cure outstanding past-due account balances • Document account activities and information, including verifications, demographic changes, and servicing-related calls • Use skip tracing tools to establish customer contact and arrange payments • Review and monitor customer accounts daily to mitigate losses • Take action on accounts requiring additional attention with manager approval • Maintain all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws • Work remotely while remaining on camera • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • At least 2 years call center/customer service experience required • Proven ability to multi-task and work in a demanding environment • Exceptional knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and rules concerning collections • Professional and comprehensible phone voice • Excellent verbal and communication skills • Proper English grammar • Active listening skills and ability to influence others • Proficient computer skills using Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Excel • Ability to embrace a team environment and a culture of continuous improvement • Must have a smartphone with the ability to download applications for remote work purposes • Must be in the Carmel, Indiana area • Must be on camera while working remotely • Ability to work required evening and Friday shifts • Must work a minimum of 5 days per week, with shifts of at least 4 hours and no more than 10 hours • Ability to sit 80% of the time • Dual hand dexterity/repetitive hand use 80% of the time • Ability to speak proper English and use proper telephone etiquette • Ability to hear • Close vision required for computer monitors
