📋 Description

• Support day-to-day product operations, including tickets, requirements, specifications, backlog management, testing, releases, and documentation • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and development tasks • Coordinate with development, sales, and business stakeholders to execute product updates and initiatives • Review call recordings and conversation transcripts to identify AI performance issues and improvement opportunities • Analyze customer and internal user experiences to identify friction points and recommend product enhancements • Monitor product metrics, performance trends, and anomalies; proactively flag issues • Compile findings into reports with prioritized recommendations for Product Leadership • Collaborate with developers to test, validate, and implement product improvements • Manage assigned tasks, priorities, and product operations across key initiatives • Maintain product documentation, requirements, and project deliverables • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and improve team efficiency • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, product trends, and process improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the United States • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product operations, product management, technology, software development, project coordination, or a related field • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Working understanding of APIs, integrations, software development workflows, and the product development lifecycle • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, solve problems, automate workflows, or analyze information • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities • Russian language proficiency is a strong plus • Must not require visa sponsorship
