📋 Description

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide clear information • Transfer calls to appropriate departments • Follow call center scripts to ensure accurate, consistent responses • Update the CRM database with detailed conversation notes • Support Debt Consultants during the client enrollment process • Adhere to communication procedures, policies, and guidelines • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and enhance the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish & English • Customer-focused attitude with patience, friendliness, and positivity • Experience with Google Workspace or similar platforms • Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry and record-keeping • Excellent attention to detail • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus • Must reside in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship • Hardwired ISP with a fiber or cable connection • Minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Wireless internet services such as Verizon Home 5G or T-Mobile Home Internet are not allowed
