📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers • Assist customers with inquiries and provide clear information • Transfer calls to the appropriate departments • Follow call center scripts to provide accurate, consistent responses • Update the CRM database with detailed conversation notes • Support Debt Consultants during the client enrollment process • Follow communication procedures, policies, and guidelines • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and enhance customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Customer-focused attitude with patience, friendliness, and positivity • Experience with Google Workspace or similar platforms • Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry and record-keeping • Excellent attention to detail • Remote candidates must reside in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship • A hardwired ISP with a fiber or cable connection is required • Minimum bandwidth requirements: 50 Mbps download speed, 10 Mbps upload speed • Wireless internet services such as Verizon Home 5G or T-Mobile Home Internet are not allowed • Availability for 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Sunday as scheduled • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus • Comfortable using computers and Google Workspace daily
