📋 Description
• Lead a high quality, high quantity recruiting/career path effort for Franchisee Staff • Develops and manages a comprehensive diversified sourcing strategy • Conduct interviews with candidates and present the unique value proposition • Lead the annual Advisor Business Planning process for the Territory • Responsible for advisor engagement in programs that drive practice growth • Lead the onboarding process for all new advisor hires
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree or equivalent • 5+ years of experience • Ability to work independently with high initiative • Strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actions • Extensive Project Management experience required • Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and collaborating/influencing skills • Some travel required
