📋 Description

• Provide prompt, efficient, accurate and professional service to customers • Focus on customer retention and satisfaction • Handle customer communications in a friendly, professional, and timely manner • Handle a large volume of incoming calls, some outbound calls, emails, and written correspondence to web requests • Collect delinquent payments • Coordinate inter-departmental responsibilities to ensure timely customer service responses • Process billing and insurance inquiries, customer complaints, payoffs, and other assigned tasks • Partner with vendors and the sales team to maintain a cohesive team atmosphere and best serve customers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and knowledge in customer service and working in call center or customer-support role • Strong verbal and written skills • Understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong active listening and verbal communication skills • Proficient in problem solving • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Experience in conflict resolution • 1 or more years of experience in a customer service, call center or collections environment • High school diploma or GED required
