📋 Description

• Organize, modify, and support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and nCino. • Create, implement, and maintain dashboards, workflows, system setup, and access for nCino/Salesforce. • Improve loan-system operational efficiency by reviewing processes and identifying improvements. • Develop integrations between Salesforce and external business applications, including core banking and financial apps. • Support nCino/Salesforce administration. • Maintain, install, and deploy system component upgrades. • Ensure system components work properly together. • Troubleshoot and isolate user-reported problems. • Recommend future upgrades. • Support IT with system security and user availability. • Evaluate and modify system performance. • Identify end-user needs and opportunities for efficiency and optimization. • Maintain system integrity. • Evaluate and implement new technology and system improvements. • Implement and integrate secure mobile solutions. • Create and monitor vendor support cases. • Partner with other IT departments to address technology needs. • Coach and teach end users to use the systems effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in banking information services or equivalent successful experience in a similar controls industry. • 3-5 years of experience as a software developer, application administrator or equivalent role. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field required. • Analytical problem-solving skills. • Customer service skills. • Oral communication skills. • Adaptability to frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. • Dependability and ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction. • Sound judgment. • Professionalism and ability to work well under pressure. • Accuracy, thoroughness, and quality focus.
