📋 Description

• Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including refinances and home equity loans • Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy and reconcile applications against system input • Gather required documentation from customers and third parties to support loan approval decisions • Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, loan officers, and underwriters • Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities • Utilize AUSSIE and company procedures • Establish ongoing customer relationships by delivering best-in-class customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience • Mortgage loan processing experience • Must be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, CRM • Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills • Detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent decision-making skills • Excellent communication skills • High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet • Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use)
