📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Analyze and research travel options • Proactively anticipate traveler needs and sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) • Ensure compliance with customers’ travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques • Act on special customer requests • Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a Travel Counselor with strong industry knowledge • Expert-level proficiency in GDS systems (AMADEUS) • Demonstrated expertise in both domestic and international travel bookings • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail in booking and documentation processes • Strong commitment to data security and confidentiality in handling traveler information • Proactive problem-solving skills • Team player with openness to feedback and continuous improvement • Flexibility to work afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays • Preparedness to work in a 24/7 operation
