📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and their families • Conduct preliminary assessments to determine eligibility and fit for programs • Gather and organize documentation for the Director of Admissions and clinical leadership • Schedule intake assessments and coordinate with internal teams for a seamless handoff • Guide families through the admissions process, including financial and insurance discussions • Provide emotional support and clear information to clients • Maintain accurate records and communication using Salesforce CRM and other platforms • Attend and participate in admissions team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional tone • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure • Friendly and empathetic demeanor with a passion for helping others • Familiarity with behavioral health or willingness to learn • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems • Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote work environment • Must be 18 years or older • High School Diploma or GED required • Must successfully complete a federal, state, and company-specific background check • Able to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and lift up to 10 lbs
