📋 Description

• Create, issue, and manage R&D or project-related Purchase Orders within SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems • Facilitate new vendor inclusion • Resolve PO exceptions, including specifications and shipment issues • Update payment terms according to the scope of work • Process Ariba invoices • Enter invoice data into SAP

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; OR associate’s degree and 4 years of procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination experience; OR high school diploma/GED and 6 years of procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination experience • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Downstream Buying and Invoicing) and SAP ERP systems • Familiarity with purchasing processes, vendor management, and supply chain logistics • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing (preferred) • Analytical and detail-oriented • Strategic thinking • Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
