📋 Description

• Contribute to the strategy, discovery, and delivery of digital products solving business and scientific problems • Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists, and domain experts • Drive structured discovery for defined product opportunities by analyzing stakeholder needs, customer journeys, business processes, and relevant data • Translate insights into problem statements, personas, journey maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog recommendations • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, launch preparation, and post-launch learning • Assess product performance using qualitative and quantitative evidence • Identify adoption or experience gaps and recommend improvements • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions • Communicate product progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations • Contribute to product roadmaps and strategic narratives by connecting user needs, business value, technical feasibility, and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to work a full-time schedule • Expected continued enrollment in an accredited college or university following the internship program / co-op • Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship program • Must be available to accept and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028, if offered • 18 years or older • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or Ph.D. program from an accredited college or university and completed the first year before the internship starts • In the process of completing the first year of a Master’s program with concentration in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field • 1 or more years relevant work experience • Biotechnology, pharmaceutical or health care industry experience • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point • Strong project management, analytical and quantitative skills • Proficient in one of the coding languages: Python, Java, Scala, or SQL • Coursework in Business Systems analysis, Lean, Agile (SCRUM), SDLC processes, Software Development, Database Modeling, Web Design and Development, IT Management, Cloud-based application management, B2B Collaboration, or enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program
