• Lead enterprise portfolio integration and strategic influence across OSA indication and PIE initiatives • Shape and operationalize integrated program plans and critical timelines • Drive execution across Global Development, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, and Operations • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to enable timely decisions • Translate strategy into actionable plans supporting launch readiness and lifecycle management • Lead cross-functional alignment, decision-making, and prioritization • Own integrated program processes and prepare recommendations, strategic options, and decision-enablement materials for senior leadership and governance forums • Influence prioritization of activities and resources against portfolio objectives • Embed continuous improvement and cross-program learning • Partner with senior leadership to identify and mitigate enterprise risks and operational challenges • Lead cross-functional planning processes linking global strategy, business priorities, and operational execution • Anticipate portfolio risks, competitive developments, and strategic opportunities and recommend priorities and execution strategies • Drive collaboration across functions and geographies
• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of biopharmaceutical commercialization, global strategy execution, or program management experience OR Master’s degree and 8 years of experience OR Doctorate degree and 5 years of experience • 5+ years of biopharmaceutical commercialization, global strategy execution, or program management experience for the lowest experience alternative • Consulting experience with a leading management consulting firm highly preferred • Experience solving complex business problems in a consulting environment • Stakeholder management, data analysis, and strategic recommendations experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs through development and commercialization milestones • Strong executive presence supporting senior governance and decision-making forums • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse, global stakeholders • Skills in strategic execution, operational leadership and commercialization, cross-functional influence and alignment, program and project management, executive communication and decision enablement, risk management and problem solving, agility, and continuous improvement • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
