📋 Description

• Represent Amgen products to top tier physicians, healthcare professionals, and affiliated institutional systems • Establish product sales and perform total strategic account management • Provide disease information and education to medical professionals and affiliates influencing treatment decisions • Achieve quarterly sales objectives through patient-centered disease and product education while adhering to compliance guidelines • Execute strategic account business plans and marketing plan goals • Allocate resources based on leading and lagging indicators to achieve brand outcomes • Collaborate in a matrix environment with Specialty Account Managers, Thought Leader Liaisons, Case Managers, Medical Affairs, Patient Access, and other partners • Share insights and proactively adjust strategies to improve account performance • Use available resources and peer-to-peer education to address knowledge gaps • Navigate the healthcare landscape, including academic institutions, IDNs, accountable care organizations, and community hospital systems • Build strategic relationships with local, regional, and national KOLs • Promote and support product use within target institutions with medical and scientific teams • Navigate market access, government regulations, reimbursement models, and payer trends • Identify and pursue institutional-channel business opportunities • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activities • Maintain advanced disease, therapeutic, clinical, and scientific knowledge • Apply a consultative, technical, solution-oriented selling approach for Neuro-Immunologic patients • Align clinical data with strategic goals to influence treatment decisions • Complete documentation and reporting in compliance with corporate policies

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree AND 2 years of collective account management experience, sales, & commercial experience OR Master’s degree AND 6 years of collective account management experience, sales, & commercial experience OR Bachelor’s degree AND 8 years of collective account management experience, sales, & commercial experience OR Associate degree AND 10 years of collective account management experience, sales, & commercial experience • At least 3 years of in office injection/infusion sales selling a product that is a medical benefit requiring extensive coordination with patient access services preferred • Previous experience operating in a matrix selling environment collaborating with patient services, market access, medical affairs, and reimbursement preferred • Market development / deep profiling in rare, unmet spaces experience preferred • Demonstrated success educating HCPs about complex diseases diagnosed through clinical observation involving diverse patient profiles • Documented track record of delivering consistent, exceptional levels of performance • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly challenging work environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, analytical and computer skills required • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Professional, proactive demeanor • Strong interpersonal skills • Requires approximately 20-30% travel, including some overnight and weekend commitments • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
