📋 Description

• Support project financial management for technology and data initiatives • Partner with Project Managers to develop budgets, forecast costs, analyze variances, and monitor project performance • Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts • Monitor commitments, expenditures, and project spending • Review contractor and vendor invoices for accuracy • Lead monthly cost reviews and variance analysis • Support capital funding requests and financial approvals • Process accruals, reclassifications, and financial adjustments • Develop and maintain project schedules using approved scheduling tools • Analyze schedule performance, milestones, critical paths, and risks • Validate contractor schedules and identify potential delays • Support schedule recovery planning when required • Maintain project risk registers • Assess cost and schedule impacts of project changes • Ensure approved changes are accurately reflected in forecasts and reports • Prepare project controls reports covering cost, schedule, risks, and performance • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to project leadership • Ensure compliance with corporate project governance standards • Partner with Project Managers, Finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders • Support communication and reporting across project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree; OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in project controls, cost management, scheduling, or project finance; OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of experience in project controls, cost management, scheduling, or project finance; OR high school diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in project controls, cost management, scheduling, or project finance • Working knowledge of Anaplan, Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Power BI, and Excel • Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk management • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Influencing and stakeholder management capabilities • Strategic thinking and proactive risk identification
