📋 Description

• Support all billing and revenue cycle operations • Resolve patient billing tickets, denials, patient responsibility questions, and insurance coverage verifications • Work claims end-to-end through the clearinghouse • Support streamlining and optimization of RCM processes, including automation and new tools • Support ad-hoc RCM projects, payer-specific billing efforts, and new service line expansions • Develop and maintain SOPs for RCM workflows and identify process gaps • Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Payer Ops, Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams • Test, evaluate, and optimize AI-powered billing tools and automation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a revenue cycle, medical billing, or healthcare operations role • Familiarity with insurance billing workflows, including claim submission, denial management, ERA reconciliation, and payer communications • Patient-first communication skills, including professionalism, empathy, and ability to de-escalate billing concerns • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through • Comfortable using technology and automation, including AI-powered billing tools • Medical coding background (CPC/CCS credentialed) is a plus
