📋 Description

• Work closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions • Plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian software development projects • Mentor and develop Junior and Mid-Level Appian Developers • Maintain technical knowledge • Lead requirements discovery, BPM application design, and application development activities • Evaluate Appian objects and pull requests within the broader application context • Support project planning, execution, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years leading Appian software development teams • Previous experience with database and system integration • 5 to 8 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred) • Experience in an Agile environment • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science • Experience with process modeling, user interface design, and data modeling • Experience identifying and evaluating technologies to address application gaps • Experience with requirements discovery, BPM best practices, and design and build of BPM applications • Ability to manage assigned-work-area finances • Ability to assess Appian objects and pull requests for major logic errors • Ability to communicate technical requirements across enterprise applications • Senior Developer (Level 3) Appian Certification • US Citizenship required • Mentorship skills
