📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in stores across the territory • Support Merchandisers and Order Writers with reliable, high-quality execution • Deliver customer service to store teams while reinforcing company standards • Complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards • Capture display photos and document execution through DMI and Salesforce • Implement promotional displays according to RTM-negotiated plans • Follow schedules and daily priorities set by the District Manager or RTM • Support new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events • Build relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership • Reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers • Follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age • Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides • High School Diploma or GED required • 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred • Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends • Ability to travel across assigned markets • Ability to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, and pulling • Skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles • Confident using mobile tools and applications, DMI, and Salesforce • Ability to follow Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards • Ability to execute promotional displays according to RTM-negotiated plans • Customer service, adaptability, initiative, time and task management, and capability support skills
