📋 Description

• Work with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions meeting client expectations and business needs • Lead scrum teams to deliver solutions on time using an agile methodology • Develop software solutions as a member of a software delivery team • Mentor and develop Junior Appian Developers • Maintain technical knowledge • Perform requirement discovery, data modeling, and design/build of BPM applications independently • Architect small-scale projects using plugins, external systems, and APIs • Conduct insightful code reviews, identify logic errors, suggest refactoring, and propose more efficient and scalable solutions • Help implement improved alternatives and influence coding guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship required • 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian • 4–6 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred) • Previous experience with databases and system integration • Experience in an Agile environment • Advanced database knowledge, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and explain plan • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science • Appian Level 2 certification, Scrum Training, SQL, Performance Tools, and Automation Testing would make a candidate stand out • Experience in requirement discovery, data modeling, and BPM application design and development would make a candidate stand out • Knowledge of plugins, external systems, and APIs would make a candidate stand out
