📋 Description

• Support development and execution of Medical Strategy for Global Rare Disease and General Medicine Medical Affairs teams, including Dazodalibep and olpasiran • Drive development and execution of Medical Strategy in collaboration with Medical Affairs Leads • Ensure completion of medical plans, insights, budgets, and goals • Coordinate and integrate insights to inform product strategy for global and local teams • Communicate and track execution of the Medical Plan, including goal development and progress • Drive Medical Plan alignment across global, regional, and local Medical leads • Partner with EGT, AUEG, IBT, and other cross-functional partners to integrate Global Medical Strategy • Drive decision-making and document decisions, actions, and follow-up • Maintain integrated plans, deliverables, and interdependencies • Identify project issues, risks, and resource gaps; facilitate resolution, contingency planning, and escalation • Monitor and communicate progress, timelines, and plan variance to Medical Affairs leadership • Facilitate resource, financial, and capacity planning • Conduct risk management, contingency, and scenario planning using project-management tools • Support continuous improvement of Medical planning, governance, and ways of working • Apply approved emerging technologies, including AI tools such as Copilot, to improve Medical planning, reporting, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Manager with strong program-management experience • Ability to work effectively in a complex, global matrix environment • Meaningful Pacific Time overlap required; generally available 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with flexibility for key meetings and global deliverables • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Project Management experience, or Master’s degree and 4 years, or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years, or Associate degree and 10 years, or High School diploma/GED and 12 years • Preferred: 5+ years of project or program-management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another complex, regulated environment • Preferred: 8+ years of industry experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare fields • Experience supporting Global Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, Finance, Scientific Communications, or cross-functional product teams • Experience supporting Rare Disease, General Medicine, specialty, or other complex therapeutic-area portfolios • Experience communicating across multiple groups, levels, and interest groups while influencing change and results • Experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority • Experience tracking project risks, prioritizing issues, managing resolution, and communicating concerns • Experience working through ambiguity and creating structure as priorities and ownership evolve • Experience with integrated planning, milestone tracking, resource planning, financial planning, capacity assessments, and executive-level communication • Experience tracking projects in Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, or electronic dashboard and reporting tools • Technical fluency with SharePoint, Copilot, Teams, and dashboard/reporting tools • Experience with and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
