📋 Description

• Develop and execute multi-faceted global sustainability strategies across the client's entire real estate portfolio lifecycle • Lead a geographically dispersed team of 35+ sustainability professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and development opportunities • Partner with client sustainability teams and internal stakeholders to drive program delivery, exceed performance targets, and identify growth opportunities • Own P&L responsibility, including cost control, revenue forecasting, and business metrics • Collaborate with JLL technology, finance, projects, IFM, consulting, and procurement service lines • Design and implement a global platform delivery model aligned with client needs, quality targets, and strategic objectives • Drive change management initiatives and redesign processes for scalability • Deliver measurable sustainability outcomes and showcase JLL's sustainability services

🎯 Requirements

• University degree required; MBA preferred (Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields) • 10+ years of experience leading, managing, and influencing cross-functional teams • 10+ years of experience with change management across multi-faceted situations and cross-functional teams • Deep understanding of corporate real estate sustainability issues, including decarbonization, embodied carbon, circularity, resource preservation, biodiversity, climate risk, health and wellbeing, and social value creation • Strong track record integrating sustainability into organizational operations at scale • Proven project and program management experience • Excellent communication skills • P&L management experience with demonstrated financial acumen and business metrics tracking • Change management certification desirable • Experience with corporate clients, commercial property, and property managers • Understanding of landlord and tenant relationships in commercial real estate • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Exceptional relationship-building ability, innovative and proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
