📋 Description

• Provide virtual school-based physical therapy evaluations, treatment, and consultation • Address students’ mobility, positioning, functional movement, and access needs • Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs • Collaborate virtually with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers • Participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed • Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, positioning supports, and environmental modifications • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records

🎯 Requirements

• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain • CDE Special Service Provider (SSP) endorsement required or in progress • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to provide effective services in a fully remote environment • School-based experience preferred, but not required • Ability to work independently and manage a part-time virtual caseload
