📋 Description

• Oversee timekeeping processes and issue resolution • Manage reimbursement and expense processes, including approvals and employee support • Provide employee support triage and respond to operational and HR-related inquiries • Verify professional licenses and track pending and expiring licenses • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with onboarding and employment requirements • Coordinate onboarding requirements, including district and state-specific requirements such as Faith's Law, district-level paperwork, fingerprinting, and drug screenings • Manage onboarding workflows and ensure timely completion of onboarding steps • Prepare and send offer letters, assignment confirmations, and initial welcome communications • Serve as a point of contact for onboarding updates and employment status changes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of administrative experience, including exposure to human resources and recruitment processes • School-based professional experience (e.g., teacher, SLP, or related role) will be considered in lieu of administrative experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets) and comfort learning new systems • Experience with HRIS/HCM systems preferred • Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management skills • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, remote environment
