📋 Description

• Provide third-tier customer support for escalated customer service calls • Respond to inbound calls and email requests and initiate outbound calls to resolve complex issues • Handle inbound sales inquiries and configure quotes for new customers • Price and process service changes for existing customers • Handle retention inquiries and discuss pricing and service options • Serve as a primary resource for others on customer issues • Respond to escalations involving service changes, billing, and equipment • Return calls, emails, and faxes and clearly explain resolutions • Log customer support interactions and update Company systems • Enter service and route data for billing and route scheduling • Maintain quality, productivity, and efficiency standards • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or higher volume sales environment • Experience responding to inbound sales inquiries, upselling and closing new business opportunities • Waste or service industry experience • Experience working in a team environment • Availability to work any 40-hour work week between 7:30am-7:00pm PST Monday through Friday • Ability to work from home with a hard-wired internet connection and distraction-free work environment • Internet requirements: Ping/Latency 100ms or less; Download 50MBPS; Upload 10MPBS; Packet loss 0% • Cannot use mobile hot-spot, tethering, or Satellite ISP service • Required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings
