• Administer speech and language evaluations • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals • Provide speech and language therapy services to assigned students • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and data • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations • Maintain compliant and confidential student records in accordance with regulations • Support a range of student communication needs across school settings • Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School SLP endorsement • Valid Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation SLP license • Master's Degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in Speech Language Therapy • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills • School-based experience preferred, not required • Availability for full-time hours, Monday through Friday • Ability to work 35 hours per week
