📋 Description

• Completes financial reconciliations • Closes the books on a monthly basis • Produces clear monthly financial statements • Prepares year-end financials • May perform account restructuring • Ensures accuracy of General Ledger • Review/provide oversight of AP/AR • Performs some project management of financial team initiatives • May perform some payroll duties • Year-end reporting • May contribute on special projects • Bonus: Can play up or down into additional team roles to include CFO or Transactional

🎯 Requirements

• Min. Experience: Manager • Work experience as a Controller or similar role • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and legislation • Hands-on experience with general ledger accounts payable and accounts receivable functions • Experience with cash management and risk assessment • Good knowledge of accounting software • Attention to detail • Ability to work with tight deadlines • BS or MS in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field • CPA or CMA preferred
