📋 Description

• Develop core curricular materials for students across multiple grade levels • Apply Amplify's pedagogical design to create relevant and effective educational content • Create lesson plans and instructional materials using established templates and quality expectations • Maintain quality assurance through Editorial guidelines and documented standards • Seek clarity on quality expectations and suggest improvements related to requirements, coherence, accuracy, alignment, usability, language, and age appropriateness • Determine when technology is appropriate for content instruction • Use technology tools, including AI, to streamline content development workflows • Participate in professional growth opportunities and provide constructive feedback to teammates • Partner with the manager on professional development goals • Consider downstream effects and budget constraints to minimize content development costs • Identify content development efficiencies while preserving content integrity and excellence • Collaborate actively with peers, share ideas, seek feedback, and apply lessons learned to improve curriculum quality

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of educational experience with demonstrated curriculum development capabilities • Prior classroom teaching, curriculum development, and/or instructional design experience • At least 1–2 years focused on lesson planning/design and creating educational content/materials • Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related subject field required • For secondary curriculum specialist roles (Grades 6–12), a Bachelor's degree in the related subject matter or demonstrated subject matter expertise required • Follow established authoring templates, Editorial guidelines, and quality expectations • Ability to apply pedagogical design principles • Ability to determine appropriate use of technology for content instruction • Ability to leverage technology tools, including AI, in content development workflows • Ability to apply state/district requirements, ensure coherence and subject matter accuracy, and align content to product vision • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Background check required if selected • Additional documentation, vaccination proof, or enhanced screening may be required under applicable laws and policies
