• Serve as the primary point of contact for Amplify customers • Own the customer journey through the entire lifecycle, from launch through post-sale • Manage account relationships, onboarding, implementations, and ongoing customer support • Drive retention, expansion, account growth, and renewal across a defined book of business • Develop and execute success plans aligned with customer goals • Partner with district leaders to define and measure curriculum objectives and multi-year student achievement strategies • Execute implementation project plans, including complex multi-stream district deployments • Work with district and school personnel to define priorities and ensure launch readiness • Identify risks and launch blockers, alert stakeholders, and implement solutions or workarounds • Use project tracking tools and maintain project status visibility • Coordinate Professional Learning plans and involve product specialists as needed • Analyze account data and usage trends to measure curriculum impact and develop actionable insights • Share impact reviews with customers and internal stakeholders • Review customer contracts, support renewal efforts, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to business growth • Monitor customer engagement health and drive corrective action plans • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and align on initiatives • Maintain expertise across Amplify’s product suite, especially Literacy and/or STEM • Determine issue priority and coordinate timely resolution updates
• Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to create district reports and meeting minutes • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Proven track record in handling customer escalations and fostering positive resolutions • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all executive levels • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills • Ability to drive results independently • Resourcefulness and independent problem-solving ability • Comfort operating under ambiguity • Candidates located in Mountain or Pacific time zones • Ability to travel 10% • Experience in education, school/district leadership, or educational publishing/technology • Background in Elementary Literacy and/or STEM; experience teaching or using Amplify products • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Google Suite
