📋 Description

• Develop deep expertise in Amplify STEM programs and professional learning offerings • Deliver remote and onsite professional development approximately two days per week to groups of 30–40 educators • Differentiate facilitation for diverse school and district partners • Manage session logistics and complete deliverables accurately and on time • Complete certification training and participate in observation, coaching, and feedback cycles • Coach and develop a cohort of approximately 30–40 Professional Learning Specialists • Design targeted development plans using observation data, customer feedback, survey results, and self-reflection • Review post-session survey data and identify trends • Communicate performance insights and development areas to internal stakeholders • Partner in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new Professional Learning Specialists • Share customer experience and product implementation insights with Product and Program teams • Maintain expertise in Amplify STEM products, instructional models, product updates, enhancements, and implementation guidance • Contribute to knowledge-sharing, resource development, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of PreK–12 teaching experience • At least 2 years of experience coaching educators in PreK–12 settings • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and demonstrated application in professional development settings • Deep knowledge of STEM instructional best practices aligned to grade-level standards • Proven ability to facilitate engaging and effective in-person and virtual professional development • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs in real time • Strong organizational and time management skills across competing priorities • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays and transportation by car, plane, and/or public transportation • Ability to work in the United States; employment authorization verification required • Background check required if selected • Additional documentation, vaccination proof, or fingerprinting may be required under applicable laws and policies
