📋 Description

• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment • Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives • Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses • Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs • Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training • Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization • Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment • Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials • Develop and create effective induction programs • Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discuss it with their managers • Ensure statutory training requirements are met and identify relevant e-learning techniques • Participate in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages • Research and present new workplace learning technologies and methodologies • Ensure trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct • Support learning and development of Emergency Response Tier 1 Agents

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 25% travel required • Must be 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma or GED required • Four-year college degree in a related field such as industrial or applied sciences preferred • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications • Ability to follow well-defined methods, procedures, reports, forms, and competent aspects of the job • Ability to present and facilitate a class discussion • Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative, with different ways to motivate and engage an audience • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours • Must be previously certified in Tiers 3, 2, and 1 Fleet and Emergency Response • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field, training, or teaching experience (Nice to Have) • Strong leadership skills and proficiency in handling groups (Nice to Have)
