📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables • Maintain accurate project documentation and records • Identify project risks, challenges, and barriers and recommend solutions • Report project outcomes and impact to team leadership • Ensure quality control and consistency across deliverables • Maintain communication with team leaders and provide project updates in team meetings • Develop and maintain expertise in Amplify Literacy assessment, supplemental, and intervention products • Align professional development design with product updates, prioritized areas, user needs, and industry standards • Understand evolving product-related training needs and provide implementation support and guidance • Partner across teams to develop and deliver training programs • Gather and incorporate cross-team feedback to improve training resources • Assist with collective projects by contributing expertise and solving problems • Design professional learning experiences in instructor-led, virtual workshop, eLearning, webpage, toolkit, video, animation, and simulation formats • Tailor training resources to business needs and customer requirements • Design and facilitate virtual workshops and online training sessions • Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders • Use data-driven adjustments to improve training content, formats, and delivery methods • Establish and manage structured feedback loops • Stay current on training and development best practices, innovations, methods, and technologies • Support company and Professional Development team priorities • Participate in or lead working groups, team meetings, projects, and other initiatives • Adapt to changing organizational needs and emerging priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • At least 3+ years of PreK-12 classroom teaching experience • At least 2+ years of experience designing and facilitating professional development sessions for PreK-12 educators both in-person and online, at scale • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience applying them when delivering learning experiences to adults • Experience teaching with, implementing, or facilitating professional development with the mCLASS DIBELS 8th Edition or Lectura programs • Strong knowledge of high-quality literacy instruction and assessment practices rooted in the Science of Reading • Proficiency with instructional and visual design • Experience using Google Slides, video editing software, Easy Generator or another online course authoring tool, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively • Comfort with technology-based productivity tools, including Google Applications and video conferencing programs such as Google Meet and Zoom • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to travel to Amplify’s headquarters in New York for in-person onboarding or periodically during employment as required • Background check required if selected • Additional documentation, vaccination proof, or enhanced background screening may be required under applicable laws and policies
