📋 Description

• Lead and support complex, cross-functional projects for the Training & Development team within Customer Experience • Manage projects end to end, contribute to portfolio projects, and own operational tasks • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows • Define realistic milestones with team leaders and align projects with overall objectives • Maintain systems of record and coordinate with Data and Operations teams to ensure accurate team data • Track project effectiveness and impact, monitor performance data, analyze trends, and propose data-driven improvements • Unblock urgent project needs and escalate appropriately • Build and maintain expertise in Salesforce, Tableau, LMS, Amplify products, Concur, Okta, SurveyMonkey, and Google Suite • Develop stakeholder communication plans and provide progress visibility to executives and project teams • Communicate risks and delays and propose mitigation strategies • Coordinate and lead meetings, including scheduling, agendas, facilitation, documentation, and next steps • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, PD Operations, IT, and Accounts Payable • Map current processes and identify improvement opportunities, redundancies, and risks • Define process strengths and issues for replication or resolution • Navigate ambiguity, clarify objectives, establish goals, and develop actionable plans • Lead or support change management to drive adoption of new processes and initiatives • Foster innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the Training & Development team • Establish success measures, quality standards, timelines, and non-negotiables • Contribute to team meetings, working groups, projects, and other CX initiatives • Flexibly support emerging organizational priorities and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years in a project management role • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Experience designing and implementing end-to-end processes from a stated goal or outcome • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects to meet deadlines • Experience synthesizing large amounts of disparate information into concise, actionable, and impactful reports or other communications for varied audiences • Tech and data savvy • Exceptional proficiency with Google, Apple, and/or Microsoft Office suites • Proficiency in Salesforce and similar platforms • Ability to learn new technology or software with ease • Experience working across multiple teams, often with multiple managers, in highly complex, fast-paced, and evolving situations • Experience holding scope, timeline, or quality standards with senior stakeholders outside the reporting line • Experience delivering work dependent on a technical or build partner outside the organization • Ability to work in the United States • Ability to travel to Amplify headquarters in New York for in-person onboarding or periodically as required • Preferred: Experience in school operations or EdTech operations • Preferred: Certification in project management or related process • Preferred: Experience using project management tools • Preferred: Experience with projects impacting a large number of stakeholders
