📋 Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and create accurate price quotes • Ensure quotes comply with company policies, guidelines, and pricing standards • Secure approval for exceptions at various stages of the sales process • Provide proactive support to the sales team, answering questions and resolving issues • Assist with pipeline management and system maintenance to ensure data accuracy and efficient workflow • Offer remote, client-focused support as required, ensuring customer satisfaction • Work effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities and collaborating on projects • Handle additional related projects as assigned • Work closely with Account Executives • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams • Report to the Manager of Sales Support

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • 1–3 years of work experience in a related field • 1+ years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com • Proven experience providing excellent customer service • Strong ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of business information • Ability to travel periodically, 2–4 times a year for in-person meetings • Proficiency with Google Suite • Proficiency with Macintosh operating systems and basic keyboard commands • 3+ years of professional work experience in the K-12 education space (preferred) • Interest in self-improvement through industry research, training, and experience to enhance product and market knowledge (preferred) • Availability to work until 5pm PST (preferred) • Legally authorized to work in the United States
