📋 Description

• Assist families with billing issues, system support concerns, and general inquiries via phone, email, and chat • De-escalate customer concerns using calm, solution-focused communication • Resolve conflicts and ensure positive outcomes • Build strong relationships with business partners across the organization • Log and document calls, emails, and chats in the internal ticketing system • Share ideas and solutions to improve procedures and the family experience • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve parent questions and concerns

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience supporting clients with issue resolution and relationship management in a fast-paced environment • Ability to use logical judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate situations, establish priorities, and resolve matters • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Bilingual English and Spanish a plus • Remote call center work experience a plus
