📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable workflows across the Legal team • Own and optimize the Legal team’s technology ecosystem, including contract lifecycle management, e-signature, intake, knowledge management, and reporting tools • Identify opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline routine legal work, improve self-service, and strengthen data quality • Partner with Legal and IT on AI governance and controls • Build dashboards and reporting on workload, contract cycle times, trends, business impact, and operational priorities • Lead cross-functional projects and change-management efforts, including process rollouts, systems integrations, internal enablement, and stakeholder communications • Support employees with Legal tools, resources, and ways of working • Develop and maintain legal knowledge resources, templates, playbooks, and training programs • Partner with Commercial, Product, Privacy, Corporate, Finance, IT, and other teams to improve legal operations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, contract operations, or a related operational role supporting an in-house legal team • Experience managing and improving legal processes, including contract intake, contract lifecycle management, legal requests, knowledge management, or matter tracking • Proven experience using AI to improve workflows and increase efficiency for the legal team and its cross-functional partners • Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data through dashboards, reports, or executive-ready insights • Strong project management, organizational, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign, Slack, Tableau, Snowflake, and reporting or workflow automation platforms • Ability to translate complex legal and operational needs into workflows, system requirements, and recommendations • Judgment around accuracy, confidentiality, security, and human review when using automation and AI
