📋 Description

• Serve as the operational and analytical backbone of Catalyst Mobility's philanthropy function • Ensure systems, processes, financial planning, data management, and prospect intelligence support sustainable philanthropic growth • Report to the Head of Philanthropy & Private Funding • Develop and maintain philanthropy revenue forecasts, pipeline projections, and fundraising performance models • Manage budgeting, CRM administration, pipeline management, reporting, prospect research, and fundraising analytics • Work closely with the Manager, Emerging Partnerships & Growth and the Manager, Engagement & Stewardship • Build and maintain systems, data, processes, and market intelligence supporting philanthropic growth • Improve fundraising decision-making and organizational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and qualifications appropriate for philanthropy operations, business planning, financial management, data management, CRM administration, pipeline management, reporting, prospect research, and fundraising analytics are implied by the role description • Ability to develop and maintain philanthropy revenue forecasts, pipeline projections, and fundraising performance models • Ability to support sustainable philanthropic growth and high-performing fundraising operations • Ability to work with fundraising and philanthropy leadership and managers across partnerships, growth, engagement, and stewardship
