📋 Description

• Support Regional Partners, Account Executives, and the Sales Operations Team • Partner with Sales Operations Specialists to support assigned Account Executives • Request quotes from Vendors and Distributors and generate customer quotes • Manage Salesforce.com Opportunities • Interact with Manufacturing Partners and internal business partners in a fast-paced support atmosphere • Provide general administrative and sales support to the assigned sales team • Create accounts, generate quotes, track opportunities, and process purchase orders in Salesforce.com • Assist with quote data entry and review opportunity details to prepare orders • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries • Develop and maintain relationships with key Vendors and Distributors • Liaise between Account Executives, Purchasing, Accounting, and Contracts to process and track orders • Manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines • Maintain Salesforce.com data integrity and reporting; support deal registration and renewals • Send VAR quotes to customers via DocuSign • Perform other assigned regional support duties • Report to the Regional Sales Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Moderate experience (2-3 years+) in a customer service/sales support type role • Self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize tasks • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow-through • Ability to work well within a team atmosphere • Must be available on the last day of the month/year to assist the team in processing orders • Strong ability to multitask • Positive attitude, strong drive for results, and ability to deal with ambiguity • Open to receiving constructive feedback and applying it to improve results • Strong written and verbal communication skills via email, phone, and written documents • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation • Ability to work a flexible work schedule • Demonstrated willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools • Up to 15% travel • Sedentary work • Substantial movement of wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day • Close visual acuity for computer terminal viewing and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
