📋 Description

• Review estimates and files completed by the Technical Repair Estimator team to ensure submitter requests are met • Confirm completion of estimates, support components, billings, and file closeout • Use industry-standard software such as Xactimate to complete estimates and provide valuations of wood cabinetry and/or furniture as needed • Follow up on incomplete file submissions • Communicate next steps to other team members • Assist the Operations Manager with analysis of team metrics, including cycle times • Assess process streamlining or automation opportunities and propose changes to the Operations Manager • Deliver clear, accurate estimates and replacement valuations • Support the department in meeting Service Level Agreements • Ensure proper file completion, follow-up, and queue management • Improve efficiency to buy back capacity

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent • At least two (2) years of administrative experience • General knowledge of woodwork, refinishing, and restoration • Strong customer service orientation • Strong attention to detail • Effective problem solving • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment • Consistently demonstrates integrity and ethics • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Preferred: College Degree • Preferred: Professional certifications in related field • Preferred: Knowledge in woodworking or construction
