📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end supply chain from factory to customer • Forecast demand and plan inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock • Negotiate with international suppliers on pricing, MOQs, and terms • Continuously improve margins • Manage air and sea freight and compare quotes • Make cost-versus-speed freight decisions • Own relationships with freight forwarders and 3PLs • Ensure fast, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment • Resolve fulfillment issues proactively • Keep inventory synchronized across Amazon and the company website • Prevent operational bottlenecks affecting revenue • Build scalable SOPs, dashboards, and processes • Turn operational chaos into structured systems without slowing the business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in e-commerce operations • Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL operations • Deep understanding of international suppliers, freight, and inventory planning • Experience managing 3PLs and fulfillment workflows • Experience working directly with overseas manufacturers • Experience negotiating freight and supplier pricing • Experience building or improving operational systems that scaled • Extremely detail-oriented while maintaining speed of execution • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to take ownership and work independently • Profit, efficiency, and execution focus
