📋 Description

• Supervise all nursing activities related to the assigned Northeast region • Deploy across regions to provide targeted study coverage • Ensure the safety of study participants and per diem mobile research nurses • Ensure compliance with federal, state, professional, HIPAA, Good Clinical Practice, and Standard Operating Procedure requirements • Collaborate with per diem mobile research nurses to solve issues, educate them, and provide resource support • Ensure quality data collection and timely data entry into the Science 37 Platform • Manage assigned per diem nurses and document meetings with direct reports • Develop and deliver protocol-specific training, skills training, remediation, and other training • Develop study-specific nurse-facing resource materials • Serve as Nursing SME for assigned studies and collaborate cross-functionally • Participate in clinical trial implementation and execution from study start-up through closure • Provide mobile research nurse services to qualified study participants as needed • Apply clinical research and nursing practices to solve complex problems • Develop relationships with study team members and advise nursing leadership of issues • Participate in internal audits of nursing documentation • Identify process improvement opportunities and minimize inefficiencies • Assist with ad hoc projects, analysis, and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN licensure in home state required • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification • Active driver’s license • Ability to work remotely • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required • Ability to obtain nursing license in multiple states based on study needs • Up to 60% travel as needed • Physical ability to perform nursing tasks and lift equipment up to 15 kg • Access to a reliable vehicle • Ability to drive and/or fly to local and/or remote locations • Ability to use technology effectively and appropriately • Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written • Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed • BSN degree preferred • Compact Licensure preferred • Minimum 5+ years clinical/research experience preferred • Proficiency in nursing skills including venipuncture, IV placement, medication administration, nursing assessments, ECGs, vital sign collection, and emergency first-responder care • Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Google applications • Willingness to gain expertise in proprietary software • Experience with medical record review and abstraction for protocol inclusion/exclusion criteria
