• Promote the client’s Biosimilar products to Immunology, Dermatology, Oncology Physician Offices, and Integrated Health Systems • Achieve territory sales expectations for promoted Biosimilar products • Launch new products in complex integrated health systems • Develop and implement business plans aligned to Client’s customer-facing roles • Identify and build relationships with key decision makers and healthcare providers • Work collaboratively with Account Team members in hospital and physician-owned infusion centers • Engage decision makers, shorten buying cycles, and generate new orders • Implement national strategies and programs • Frequently collaborate and communicate with Client’s customer-facing roles • Maintain company and client employee compliance policies and procedures • Report to Associate Director, Area Manager • Maintain positive working relationships with healthcare customers and client contacts
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • 2+ years of biopharmaceutical sales or relevant healthcare sales or services experience • Preferred: 3+ years of specialty sales experience selling biologics in Immunology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology or Oncology • Experience with specialty pharmacy products, buy and bill and/or business to business selling models • Complex account and territory management experience • Experience collaborating with multiple customer facing roles • Experience in hospital environment, infusion centers and specialty pharmacy • In-depth knowledge of billing codes, reimbursement, support, medical benefits dynamics, and managed care • Understanding of verification of benefits for patient coverage • Knowledge of Medicare Part B preferred • Knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy • Ability to drive utilization of an infused product in a complex integrated health care system • Intellectual curiosity and effective selling skills, including ability to utilize probing questions • Ethical and strong compliance knowledge to work in a regulated industry • Technical aptitude and working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Successful completion of client training required • Ability to travel as needed within territory, including overnight and/or weekend travel • Ability to travel to work-related meetings and functions, including overnight and/or weekend travel • Ability to submit and maintain required credentials, training, vaccination information, and job-related documentation • Valid driver's license
