📋 Description

• Manage one of Amplity’s oncology Precision Liaison Medicine teams supporting a longstanding client • Establish and maintain performance standards for Precision Medicine Liaisons and PML people managers • Ensure program goals, metrics, financial measurements, annual business objectives, client objectives, and team objectives are achieved or exceeded • Manage hiring, performance management, administrative matters, expense management, and employee-related areas • Work closely with client management and leadership to support program goals and remove barriers • Execute and deliver Amplity and client corporate program goals • Build, develop, manage, and lead a team of Precision Medicine Liaisons • Develop and execute business strategy in collaboration with the Client Lead • Communicate team goals and objectives and promote shared vision and teamwork • Create and implement business plans and tactical strategies • Ensure target account goals are met and exceeded • Plan and facilitate required meetings • Evaluate territory performance and monitor productivity, metrics, workload, and output • Ensure compliance with policies and processes and address issues through corrective action • Interview and hire employees in an EEO-compliant manner • Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures • Maintain technical, product, competitive, and oncology diagnostic expertise • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, code of conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and state and federal requirements • Manage call activity according to defined expectations and meet or exceed KPS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university required • Oncology experience needed • A minimum of 5 years of clinical or diagnostic or pharmaceutical/medical experience required; 10+ years preferred • Diagnostic, medical or pharmaceutical leadership experience on a regional or national level required; 5-8+ years preferred • Strong knowledge of oncology diagnostics in support of targeted therapeutics • Exposure to breast or lung cancer a plus • Experience with national accounts/healthcare systems change management desired • Persuasive oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated success with C-Suite leaders a plus • Well organized with previous experience in managing budgets for field forces a plus • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and meeting Platforms • Strong people leadership skills, preferably previously demonstrated in a national-level position(s) work history • Experience hiring and developing team members • 2cnd line management experience (managing managers) a plus • Willingness to travel as needed nationally on a weekly basis • Strong planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Reside near a major airport with Central or Eastern time zones preferred • Successfully pass all Amplity and client required training • Valid drivers license with safe driving record required • May be required to submit and maintain credentials, including training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation, to access hospitals or healthcare providers • May be required to obtain specific representative licenses in certain jurisdictions or hospital systems
