📋 Description

• Own day-to-day outcomes of a complex, high-visibility project across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closeout • Ensure contractual, regulatory, and organizational compliance throughout project execution • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate contract-related risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies • Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and outcomes • Drive execution across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and workstreams • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and performance measures • Monitor and report project health, KPIs, budget, schedule, risks, issues, and key decisions • Apply project change control and document, communicate, and incorporate approved changes • Facilitate and document project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making sessions • Apply PMO standards, methodologies, tools, governance requirements, stage gates, and documentation standards • Maintain project documentation, records, decision logs, RAID logs, and project repositories • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, tools, processes, and stakeholder adoption

🎯 Requirements

• PMP certification strongly preferred • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience • Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-year cross-functional projects • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and MS Suite • Experience working with Construction, Installation, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams • Advanced proficiency in developing and managing integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements • Advanced expertise in contractual, regulatory, and organizational compliance requirements • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to develop KPIs, assess project health, identify trends, and provide clear status reporting • Proficiency with project management, collaboration, reporting, and documentation tools • Regular travel to active industrial and construction environments • Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, moving equipment, uneven surfaces, elevated work areas, and other industrial hazards • Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, communicate effectively, and occasionally lift or move up to 45 pounds • Mandatory use of appropriate personal protective equipment and compliance with site-safety requirements
