📋 Description
• Produce, underwrite, manage, and retain profitable business • Lead the underwriting cycle for individual accounts • Review evaluations of relevant underwriting and risk information • Initiate pricing discussions and ensure compliance with capacity and regulations • Prepare significant management reports and recommendations
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in underwriting and insurance • Advanced technical expertise in underwriting • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Knowledge of policy coverages and regulations • Ability to lead and mentor team members
