📋 Description
• Conduct specialized genealogical research in the U.S. Mid-South and South • Manage 30 to 70 active client projects post-onboarding • Communicate effectively with clients, updating them every 4 to 6 weeks • Oversee research accuracy and efficiency within assigned pod or contractor network
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of professional genealogical research experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History, English, or comparable practical experience • Advanced expertise in U.S. research, focusing on Southern and Mid-South regions • Proficient in applying DNA test results for complex genealogical problems • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-volume environment • Skilled in conflict resolution and providing constructive feedback
