They provide submetering, resident billing (including RUBS), meter installation and maintenance, utility expense management, invoice auditing, utility rate and tariff analysis, energy audits and procurement, benchmarking, and vacancy cost recovery. Anchor serves multifamily, new construction, single-family BTR, and student housing markets across the U. S. (and into Canada and Mexico), focusing on increasing NOI, regulatory compliance, and conservation goals.

📋 Description

• Ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for clients • Support and guide implementation of Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery services • Collaborate with the team to efficiently set up properties in the billing platform • Ensure processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner • Train and present to groups • Communicate frequently with colleagues and clients • Work in a remote office environment • Occasionally lift office supplies up to 25 lbs. • Sit for extended periods while working on a computer

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation role • 1–2 years of supervising team members preferred • Previous experience with utility billing highly beneficial • Strong technical aptitude • Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to train and present to groups • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly productive with minimal supervision • Bachelor Degree preferred • Strong technical and business acumen related to implementation processes • Continuous learning mindset focused on process improvement and emerging technologies
