📋 Description

• Design, build, and launch resilient, high-performance web applications and secure APIs processing, visualizing, and fusing multi-source intelligence data, including social media feeds, audio streams, and geolocation telemetry • Partner with Product, Design, Domain SMEs, and Engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into user experiences for national security analysts • Deploy in the product alongside tactical operators, iteratively building, validating, and optimizing custom tools in national security operational contexts • Extend and strengthen Andesite’s core platform capabilities, ensuring data integration, low-latency performance, and scalable infrastructure across product offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Active TS clearance • Minimum of 5 years of full stack engineering experience • Experience developing responsive, scalable frontends and APIs • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript • Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Proficiency with AI coding tools and harness development • Experience developing responsive, scalable frontends and APIs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: 2+ years of experience working in an early stage (Seed / Series A) startup • Preferred: Experience developing AI products that leverage natural language processing, computer vision, or other machine learning techniques
