📋 Description

• Lead the regional papermachine clothing sales team and drive growth • Support customers in the assigned area, maintain current business, and meet customer needs • Participate in weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasting • Serve as the frontline contact for day-to-day customer needs • Conduct paper machine audits and service calls • Communicate customer activity, sales opportunities, and competitive intelligence to the Regional Sales Manager • Assist and guide machine clothing installations • Own a specified territory and devise strategies to meet sales objectives • Perform in-mill repairs of machine clothing to keep products operating • Build strong customer relationships through on-site support and frequent interaction • Mitigate warranty exposure through early detection and prevention of potential problems • Assist paper mills with setting up proper records and completing value results platforms • Build and maintain comprehensive databases on customer paper machine clothing • Manage an expense budget within provided guidelines • Perform other assigned job-related functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in industrial environments encouraged • Relevant military technical training and leadership experience highly valued • Prior customer service experience within manufacturing or factory operations is a strong asset • Familiarity with papermaking processes, industrial equipment, or technical sales support is a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing role focused on problem-solving and operational improvement • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Power BI, and general database management • Willingness to travel regularly overnight within the assigned region • English language
