⢠Direct customer on-site evaluation ⢠System process development ⢠Equipment design ⢠Develop large to small project opportunities ⢠Grow aftermarket parts business ⢠Collaborate with sales and engineering teams ⢠Support equipment testing/demo at applications lab ⢠Provide training for on-site operators and maintenance personnel ⢠Prepare technical reports for site visits
đŻ Requirements
⢠Technical expertise on material handling products and services ⢠Ability to evaluate systems and processes ⢠Experience in equipment design ⢠Skills in customer relationship management ⢠Ability to resolve customer issues effectively ⢠Excellent communication and teamwork skills ⢠Flexibility to travel for site support and evaluations. ⢠Experience in Pulp & Paper industry preferred.
